1 1/2 lb. chicken breast cubed
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp. hoisin sauce
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar

When finished cooking add 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp. water to thicken.

Sear chicken.
My crock pot seared so I could do it right in the crock pot.

Add all ingredients except thickening ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until chicken is tender. Add cornstarch in water to thicken. Cook until thick.

Can serve over rice.

I actually multiplied this by 3. Except for the soy sauce then only doubled that. On day two of leftovers, I added rice to chicken.
