1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking power
3 cups peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in bottom of a baking dish (8 by 8) . Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking power together. Add milk and mix into dry ingredients only until all ingredients are moistened (do not over beat). Pour 1/2 of batter mix into boottom of baking dish, arrange peaches evenly on top of batter mix and then pour remainder of batter mix on top of peaches. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
