Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless
Basil Pesto
Prosciutto or Bacon, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400º. Grease the pan. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pesto on top of each chicken breast. Wrap the prosciutto or bacon around each breast so the chicken is completely covered. Place the wrapped breast in the baking dish. Bake until the outside meat is crisp and the breast is no longer pink on the inside. Start checking at 25 minutes.
