Shrimp
2 toes garlic

1 pint of Half and Half
1 stick of unsalted Butter
3 toes garlic either finely minced or pressed
2 tablespoons Cream Cheese See Note Below
1/2 - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

OPTIONAL - cooked broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp in butter.
Add garlic until fragrant then remove from pan.

In same saucepan used to cook shrimp, melt butter.
When butter is melted add garlic and cook until fragrant (just a few seconds)
Add the cream cheese.
When the cream cheese is softened add heavy cream and the Parmesan Cheese.
Add Garlic Powder and stir well.
Simmer this for 10-15 minutes on low.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over pasta and any extras you care to include.

For serving, I put the pasta, cooked broccoli then the shrimp and the sauce on top. Really yummy.

Great sauce for chicken or crab too!
