2 skinless chicken breasts or thighs cut into strips
2 onions (sliced in 1/2 then into 4 to 6 slices
2 green peppers sliced in strips then in 1/2
1 or 2 cans of mushroom stems and pieces
2 16 oz jars of pasta sauce ( your choice )
red wine (optional) to taste
Italian season, basil, salt, and pepper to taste

First, add olive oil and cook the chicken, remove it from the pan

Cook the onions until translucent and then the peppers until they have a little bite to them (not soggy), then add the mushrooms and simmer in the same pan

When done, add the pasta sauce, seasonings, and wine and let simmer while cooking your pasta

Add whatever spices you do when you make pasta sauce using the jar variety

The thicker the better and

You can freeze the leftover sauce mixture for another time..
