1/2 c butter
1/2 c olive oil
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 large overripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 c)
3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate bars, coarsely chopped
1 c coarsely chopped walnuts
2/3 c toffee bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line cupcake tin with 22 paper cupcake liners.
Cream butter, olive oil, and both sugars.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
While dry ingredients are being folded in, add the mashed banana.
Fold in chocolate pieces, walnuts, and toffee bits.
Scoop into paper liners and bake until muffin tops spring back when gently pressed, about 20 - 25 minutes.
