1 lb lean ground beef
4 teaspoons chopped garlic (can use garlic paste as substitute)
1 tablespoon dry oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes/Cajun seasoning
1 cup red wine
I can crushed tomatoes (can also use other tomatoes and blend before using)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon peper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon dry basil
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef.
Add garlic and oregano (rub oregano in hands before adding to enhance flavour).
Add pepper flakes/cajun, red wine, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, salt & pepper, nutmeg, basil and cook at low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Add additional 1/4 cup red wine and cream and cook through for approx 5 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
