6 x Chicken breasts (Ficken for vegetarian)
2 cans Campbells condensed chicken soup
4 large potatoes, cubed
4 large carrots, thickly sliced
1 cup frozen peas
Italian seasoning, oregano, Mrs. Dash original seasoning
2 boxed puff pastry
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breasts, cubed potatoes, sliced carrots, and frozen peas in slow cooker.
Mix soup with a little milk and spices to taste and pour over ingredients in slow cooker, making sure that all ingredients are covered with soup.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Remove chicken breasts, shred chicken and stir back into the slow cooker mixture,
Roll out puff pastry and line casserole dish.
Pour chicken mixture into lined casserole dish.
Top with remaining puff pastry.
Brush with lightly beat egg.
Bake at 375º for 30-45 minutes until pastry is golden brown and cooked through. Ensure pastry at bottom of casserole is cooked through.
