1 cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1¼ cups oatmeal
1½ cups flour
¾ cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Shape into rolls and put in fridge until firm. When firm, slice and bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
