2 tbsp. yeast (1 oz.)
½ cup warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2-3 cups flour
3 eggs, beaten
3¼ cups flour
⅓ cup margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
1½ tsps. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place yeast and 2 tbsp. sugar in ½ cup warm water and let stand 10 minutes. Mix together 2 cups boiling water, 2 tbsp. margarine, salt and sugar. Let cool. Add 2-3 cups flour and beat to a smooth batter. Add yeast mixture and the eggs beaten with 3¼ cups flour. Mix until smooth. This makes a soft dough. Let rise one hour. Melt ⅓ margarine in a dish. cut dough into golf ball size pieces. Stretch to 4 or 5 inches in length, dip in margarine, roll in cinnamon and sugar and tie in a knot. Place on greased baking sheet. Let rise 45 minutes. Bake 375º for 30 minutes.
