3 cups lukewarm water
½ cup sugar
2 pkgs. or 2 tbsp. yeast
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
½ cup oil
10 cups flour


Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients together. When yeast has risen, add the next three ingredients. Mix and knead well. Let rise until double in size about 1½ hours. Punch down and let rise 10 minutes. Form into buns on greased cookie sheet and let rise one hour. Bake at 350º fir 20 minutes. Brush tops with butter. Makes 4 dozen.
