Turkey Stuffing Recipe

1½ lb. ground beef
10 eggs
¾ cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1½ tsp. salt
pepper
2 lemons, squeezed
2 Italian loaves of bread, 2-days-old, crust removed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray skillet and brown ground beef with garlic. Drain fat. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl whisk eggs. Add cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and juice of lemons.
3. Add browned ground beef to mixture. Combine well.
4. Break bread into small pieces and gradually add to mixture.
5. Blend well until mixture is absorbed.
6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
7. Heat oven to 350º. Spray a casserole with cooking spray.
8. Place mixture in casserole. Bake until done.

The Turkey Stuffing recipe is from Nonna. Grandma learned the recipe and made it for many Thanksgiving gatherings. Even though it is not used by the younger folks today, we wanted to include it in the Family Cookbook.
