10 oz. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp margarine
2½ cups milk
½ cup chopped onion
1 (10¾ oz) can cream of chicken soup
¾ pound cubed cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and mash to purée. Sauté onion in margarine in medium saucepan.
Add broccoli and remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese melts.

This is a delicious soup and so easy to make. I pour it into my crockpot when cooked to keep it warm until ready to serve.
