2 bags Success Boil-in-a Bag Rice
4 boneless, skinless, seasoned chicken breasts
1 pkg (1 lb) frozen snap peas, carrots, onions and mushrooms, thawed
½ cup each: honey and Dijon mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package direction; set aside. Will wait for up to 30 minutes and still be fluffy when served.
In an oiled skillet, brown chicken on both sides.
Add vegetables and heat thoroughly.
In small bowl, combine honey, mustard and soy sauce.
Pour over skillet with chicken and vegetables. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over bed of rice.Garnish with parsley, if desired.
