2 # cubed beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cubed potatoes
Water or beef broth to cover
16 oz bag noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef cubes in tbsp oil. Put in crockpot.
Add chopped onion, onion soup mix and add water or beef broth to cover.
Microwave cubed potatoes for 7 minutes.
Add to pot with noodles and cook until done.

This is a yummy dish that my sister-in-law, Kathryn (Kitty) Wetherby served quite often.
