1 Egg
1½ cups Milk
1½ Tbs butter melted
1½ cups all purpose flour
½ cup cake flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1½ tsp sugar
1 can whole kernel corn drained

vegetable oil for frying
honey for drizzling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and add milk and melted butter. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add flour mixture to egg mixture. Add the drained corn and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Drop by teaspoon full into deep hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and drizzle with honey.
