10- 12 red potatoes
1/2 stick margarine or butter
1/2 cup sour cream
Sprinkles fresh parsley and chives
Ranch dressing (optional) to taste
1 teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut "eyes" out of potatoes.
Do not peel the potatoes. Cut potatoes into 1/8 inch chunks. Boil them in salted water until they are tender.
Drain all water from boiled potatoes. Toss the warm potatoes with butter and let them cool. Toss the cooled potatoes with sour cream and ranch dressing. Cover and let stand in refrigerator until ready to serve.
