1 package frozen or fresh brooccoli florets
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup of chicken broth

Sauce:
1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Toast pine nuts until golden in a 300 degree oven, turn
occassionally for approximately 20 minutes.

Heat a large skillet, add oils and heat until hot. Add red pepper
flakes and garlic about 15 seconds.

Add broccoli florets and chicken broth. Cover and cook about
3-4 minutes or until tender. Add sauce and serve.

Isabelle had to have alot of flavor while taking chemotheraphy.
This was a great way for her to eat broccoli.
