Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
-1 package of polish kielbasa
-1 large vidalia onion (cut in large slices
-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
-Pepper
-1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
-Carrots
-Zucchini (yellow and green) - cut in cubes
-Peppers (use all three colors - add amount desired)
-beef broth
-Cornstarch

Directions:
-Cook Kielbasa on BBQ to brown - put on plate and cut into slices

-In large saute pan, add garlic and olive oil and cook for a minute, add veggies, stir and then add a little beef broth and cook veggies. Add Kielbasa. Use a little cornstarch to thicken a little (put cornstarch in tiny bowl with just enough cold water to dissolve - add teaspoon to thicken)
