8 slices Bacon
4 Lettuce Leaves
4 slices Tomato
4 slices Bread, toasted
2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Directions:

Serves: 2

1- Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate.

2- Meanwhile toast the 4 slices of bread, then set aside.

3- Arrange the cooked bacon, lettuce and tomato on two slices of the toasted bread. Spread one side of the other two slices with the mayonnaise.

4- Cover the pieces of toast with the bacon, lettuce and tomato with the toast with the mayonnaise.

5- Serve
