1 can 15oz Refried Beans
1 Jar of your favorite Salsa (El Fenix)
1 Packet of Guacamole mix
2 Avocados
1 container 16oz Sour Cream
1 Lime (or lime juice)
1 packet of Taco Seasoning
Shredded Cheese of your choice (Sharp, Mexican Blend, Chedder)
Shredded Lettuce
2 Tomatoes chopped
Tabasco or hot sauce of your choice.
Tortilla Chips

Garnishes or Decoration: Black Olives, Jalapenos, Pickled Okra, Onions

Make Guacamole in advance. Mix Avocados, Guacamole mix, 1 scoop of sour cream, lime juice & a shot of Tabasco. Mix well and let it set in refrigerator. (Fresh Guacamole also a good choice. Cilantro optional.)
Layer 1: Mix refried beans in bowl with ¾ packet of Taco seasoning, tbsp of salsa, & 2 shakes of tabasco to your taste. Spread in bottom of dish.
Layer 2: Spread Salsa over top of Refried beans to cover entire layer.
Layer 3: Spread thick layer of Guacamole over top of Salsa.
Layer 4: Mix remainder of Taco Seasoning with sour cream. Spread over Guacamole.
Layer 5: Spread shredded Lettuce over Sour Cream.
Layer 6: Spread chopped Tomatoes over Lettuce.
Layer 7: Sprinkle shredded Cheese over entire top of platter.
Decorate with Black Olives, Jalapenos, Pickled Okra, Onions as you desire.
Dip with Tortilla chips.
