1/2 c Bisquick
3/4 c sugar
4 eggs
2 c milk
1 1/2 c. sweetened shredded or flaked coconut
2 teas vanilla
1/4 c butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into 9 inch buttered pie plate.
Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes until custard sets. Insert a knife in center
and make sure it comes out clean.

Like magic it layers into a crust, custard and coconut topping. Cool
