1¼ lb ground beef
1 small onion ,chopped fine
2 (14.5 oz) cans Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 (30 oz) can Joan of Arc Light Red Kidney Beans
1½ packets Sugar Twin
2 (16 oz) jars VIne Ripe medium salsa
1 pkg. Lawry’s Chili Mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion, until thoroughly cooked.
In a large pot, add this to all the other ingredients and stir together until well mixed.
Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Cool over night.
Next day, reheat to simmer. Pour into crockpot set on Warm setting.
Serve when ready.

This was my recipe for the Chili Cook Off contest at my church, Pine Grove Baptist and I won 1st place ribbon the first year. Second year, it placed 2nd. The last year I entered it won 3rd place. I always went home with an empty crockpot so it must have been good. 🥰
