1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c. olive oil
1 lemon
1/2 c. white wine
1 tbsp. garlic
kosher salt
fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the linguini and when it is almost done put
in a large deep fry pan. Mix all the above ingredients and cook seperately from the linquini until the shrimp are pink - about 7 min.
Toss with the linguini and finish with fresh grated cheese. Don't be afraid to use alot of Kosher salt I find shrimp need quite a bit when cooking.
