1 block cream cheese
½ cup fresh chopped tomatoes
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup chopped green onion
1 cup cook bacon, chopped or crumbled
1 jar Bacon Pepper Jam (I use Dresden & Co brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened cream cheese, tomatoes, ¼ cup green onions, ½ cup cheese, 2 Tbsp bacon pepper jam and ¼ cup bacon together. Mix well and form into a ball. Wrap in Plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to harden.
Once hardened, I wrap and roll all sides of ball in green onions and bacon pieces. Place cheese all on serving platter/board. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pour bacon pepper jam over top of ball before serving. Serve with crackers of choice.
