2 cans artichoke hearts in water
2 cans cgiooed greeb chile peppers
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes well. Squeeze out remaining liquid. Chop and transfer to mixing bowl. Add peppers, including liquid. Mix well. Add cheeses and mayonaise and mix well. Transfer to 8 inch round baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until mixture bubbles and turns brown (about 20-25 minutes). Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
