1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 to 1 cup fresh or froze sliced peeled peaches, thawed
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the milk and butter; stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into two 8-oz.ramekins or custard cups coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with peaches and blueberries. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
