1/4 lb margarine
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 can Hershey Chocolate Syrup
1 c plus 1 tbsp flour
1/2 c chopped nuts
1/2 tsp baking power

Topping
6 tbsp margarine
6 tbsp milk
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanlla, chocolate syrup, flour, nuts and baking powder. Pour into 9x13 pan and back at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Topping. In saucepan combine margarine, milk and sugar. Bring to full rolling boil for 1/2 minute. Remove from head and add 1/2 c chocolate chips. Beat and pour over brownies.
