1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 can corn, drained
4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Cavendars Greek seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions in oil in Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients, mix, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours.
