61 g Pickle Juice
1 T. Salt
2 T. Sugar
1 T. Yeast
¾ c. Wheat flour 85 g
¾ c. Rye flour 80 g
3 ¼ c. Bread flour 90 g
2 T. Vegetable oil
2 t. Garlic powder
1 ½ t. Onion powder
2 T. Dill
1 t. Caraway seed

Directions:
Directions:
If using bread machine, dump all ingredients except oil in bread machine. Once flour combined, add oil.

Makes 2 loaves OR large Pan de Mie and 2 individual loaves.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. After removing from pan immediately from I’ve, brush with butter.
