4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. colby jack cheese

Marinade:

1 tsp. tequilla
1/2 c. water
3 T. lime juice
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Mexican Ranch:

1/4 c. ranch dressing
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salsa
1 T. lime juice
2 T. cilantro, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Pico

1 c. tomato, chopped
2 T. onion, chopped
1 T. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. cilantro, chopped
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

Directions:
In plastic bag, combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken. Toss to coat. Place in fridge for 8-24 hours.

Combine Mexican ranch ingredients until smooth. Store in fridge until ready to use.

Mix pico ingredients in a bowl. Store in fridge until ready to use.

Preheat grill to high heat. Place chicken on grill, discarding remaining marinade. Cook 6-7 minutes per side until chicken is cooked.

Top each piece of chicken with Mexican ranch and sprinkle with cheese. Cover the grill to melt the cheese. Serve topped with pico.
