2 cups diced cooked turkey
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced or pressed
1 Tbsp butter
1 can diced green chillis or 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
2 Tbsp. butter (again)
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
8 corn tortillas
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack cheese
1 can sliced black olives drained

Directions:
Directions:
1) Sauteé onion and garlic in butter, stir in turkey, chillis, and oregano. Heat through and set aside.

2) In a saucepan melt the 2 Tbsp. of butter, spoon in flour, cook for 1 minute, gradually stir in broth, cook until slightly thickened.

3) Add sour cream, and remove from heat. Stir half the sauce into the turkey mixture.

4) Spread each tortilla with cream sauce. Fill with 4 Tbsp. turkey mixture and 2 Tbsp. of cheese. Rollup and place in a buttered baking dish, pour remaining sauce over tortillas, sprinkle with remaining cheese and olives, bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes.
