1 pkg. Corn Tortillas
1/2 lb. Ground Beef
4 T. Butter
4 T. Flour
2 c. Milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 sm. Can Chopped Green Chilies
2 tsp. Chopped Pimento
1 Onion
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º.
Brown Meat.
Make White Sauce:
Mix butter, flour and milk in saucepan.
Add velveeta cheese, green chilies & pimento to white sauce.
Cook on low heat until melted.
Chop onion.
Grate cheddar cheese.
Dip tortillas one at a time in white sauce.
Lay tortilla in baking dish.
Spoon meat, cheese & onion in tortilla & roll up.
After all are rolled up, pour remaining white sauce over the top of them & sprinkle with rest of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
