1 Large Onion
1lb Ground Turkey or Beef
2 Cloves Minced Garlic (or 2 tsp pre-minced garlic)
1/2 Large head or 1 Small head Cabbage, Chopped
1 Large Can Diced tomatoes
3 Cups chicken broth
1 can Tomato Sauce

1/2 tsp Pepper
Dash of Salt
1 tsp Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In pressure cooker, press "SAUTE" button
Add ground beef or turkey - cook until Browned
Stir in chopped onions - cook until translucent

Cook beer until fully cooked through
Add minced garlic - cook 1 minute

Drain & discard fat from pot

Add Cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth & spices to pot

Cover with Pressure cooker lid & Lock pot, steam valve
Set button to "PRESSURE COOK" 10 mins
Once finished, allow a 10 minute natural steam release
