15-18 lb turkey
2-1/2 c butter
2 c unpopped popcorn
8 c homemade stuffing
1/2 onion, diced
3 stalked celery, chopped into bits
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Brush turkey well with melted butter. Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste. Fill cavity with dressing and popcorn. Place turkey in a baking pan, with the neck end toward the back of the oven...VERY IMPORTANT!! Baking will take about 4 hours.

Listen for popping sound.

When the turkey butt blows the oven door open, and the bird flies across the room, IT'S DONE!!
