Ham
1 Can Peeled Apricot Halves
1 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Amaretta
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Drain apricots, saving 1/3 c. of juice.
Mix juice, brown sugar, lemon juice, 1/4 c. amaretta & dry mustard.
Pour over ham.
Cook 1 hour for each 5 lbs. Baste every 20 minutes.
Arrange fruit on ham.
Pour another 1/4 c. amaretta & bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
