Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Two - 64 ounce cans/jars of Nacho Sliced Jalepenos
One - 4 pound bag of IMPERIAL sugar

One VERY VERY LARGE bowl...giant...huge...big

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain the jalapeņos in a strainer/colander.

2. Dump one jar of drained jalapeņos in your VERY VERY LARGE bowl...giant...huge...big bowl.

3. Dump the entire bag of sugar in the bowl with the jalapeņos.

4. Dump the second jar of drained jalapeņos in the same bowl.

5. Stir GENTLY every few hours for about 24 hours or until the sugar has dissolved into a syrup. Be sure to get the sugar off the bottom. When you are stirring, be careful not to destroy the peppers!

6. Since the jalapeņos are already canned, you do not have to can them again. I usually put mine in mason jars and give as gifts, but you can put them in recycled sour cream containers, lol! They should be good for a few months in the refrigerator

Personal Notes:
This recipe originally came from Scot Brown. My girls used it in the Nueces County Stock Show and actually canned them. They both won rosettes with them!
