2 slices bacon.
2 1/2 cans black beans
1/4 cup water
1 onion chopped
1 teapoon salt
1/4 teapoon pepper

Directions:

Fry bacon over medium heat in small heavy in small heavy
frying pan; crumble bacon and set aside. Heat bacon
drippings over medium heat; saute onion. Add bacon and
onion mixture to pan of black beans. Cook on stove top 15
minutes on medium heat.Combine all ingredients. Serve warm.
