Ingredients:  
4 strips of bacon
- 1 small onion
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar substitute
- 1 lb ground chicken
- ⅜ cup coconut flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 ⅛ cup shredded sharp white cheddar

Step 1
In a skillet fry up the chopped-up bacon and drain the grease.
Step 2
Then add the onion and jalapenos and cook for about 5 min. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients and add cooled veggies and bacon to the mixture.
Step 4
Mix and make into meatballs.
Step 5
Add to a sprayed air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6
Dip in warm queso.
