1 cup chopped carrots
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper
vegetable oil, for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Add carrots to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped about 1 minute. Add chickpeas, flour, sesame seeds, garlic, cumin and a pinch of salt and pepper .Pulse until the mixture is combined and a dough forms, 30 seconds to 1 minute. using a spoon measure and your hands, roll the dough into teaspoon sized balls.
Add falafel ball and fry until golden and cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
Serve with cucumber, avocado, carrots, olives, etc. for a salad,
