Cheese Balls

2/3 cup Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
4 cups breadcrumbs (can be adjusted so dough will form balls)
1 cup Ramona or Asiago Cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Shape into balls the size of meatballs.

Place cheese balls in pan and pour spaghetti sauce over them. Cook for 10 minutes in the sauce.

Cook spaghetti.

Serve cheese balls and sauce over spaghetti

I doubled this recipe but did not need to double the breadcrumbs. I cooked this in a deep fry pan.
