3oz Lime Jello
1c boiling water
2/3c cucumber, grated - no seeds
1tbsp red wine vinegar
1tbsp green onion, finely chopped
1tsp horseradish
1/2c Cool-whip
1/2c Mayo
1/2tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jelllo and boiling water until it's lightly set.
Fold in remaining ingredients and refrigerate until firm.
