8 ounces left over pie dough
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons melted butter

Optional:
Substitute cinnamon for 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350º F. line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Form the pie dough scraps into a ball and roll to 1/4-inch-thick on a lightly floured surface. In a small bowl, stir to combine sugar and cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice). Cut the dough into small shapes or use small cookie cutters. Repeat rerolling and cutting process with remaining dough. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with a sugar mixture. Bake at 350º for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove to cooling racks.
