- 1 package of wafers ( Tort Wafers Big Family Size 11"x11")
- 1 jar of plum jam (18 oz )
- 1 can of kajmak (16.2 oz) or condensed milk (14 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
1. If you have kajmak, go to step 3. You are using condensed milk go to step 2.
2. In a pot, cover a closed can of condensed milk with cold water. Bring to boil, then
reduce the heat. Cook slowly for 3-4 hours. When the can is cold, you can open it up
3. Spread the first layer of the wafer with kajmak/ or cooked condensed milk.
4. Cover with the second layer of the wafer.
5. Spread kajmak on top.
6. Cover with the third layer of the wafer.
7. Spread plum butter on top.
8. Cover with the fourth layer of the wafer.
9. Spread kajmak on top.
10.Cover with the final layer of the wafer.
11. Place something heavy onto the wafer cake. It's ready to eat after a few hours.
12. Then cut into diamond shapes and serve. Enjoy!
