Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground turkey (80/20 mix)
4 slices white bread
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 eggs
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Seasoned breadcrumbs

Note: If you like more garlic and cheese just add more!

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the slices of bread with a little water. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, parsley and garlic powder. Add the ground turkey. Italian style, mix with your hands. If mixture seems to soft to roll into balls, add breadcrumbs a little at a time.

In a large fry pan add canola oil to reach half the pan or meatball. Add rolled meatballs and turn when dark on one side. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If meat is fresh, the cooked meatballs can be frozen in a large freezer bag. Add meatballs to sauce (gravy) for at least 15 minutes to soften meatballs.

When Jaime and Lora were low on meatballs, I would get the text. I would double the recipe giving each 30 meatballs. The highlight of my day!
