Vennie or beef
2 Carrots
1 Celery stalk
1 potato
1 Sweet potato
1/2 onion
Beef broth powder
2 beef stew packets
1 brown gravy packet

Directions:
Directions:
Brine vennie in salt
Cube vennie into 1” pieces
Simmer vennie for 2 hrs in 2” of water
Add veggies, 2 packets of beef stew mix and 4 tsps of beef broth and simmer for 1 hour
Add packet of brown gravy and simmer 1 hour with lid off to thicken
