1 T. Red Wine Vinegar
4 T. Fresh Lime Juice
2 T. Olive Oil
1 1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2- 15 oz. Cans of Black Beans Rinsed and Drained
1- 17oz Can of Whole Kernel Corn Drained
3 Large Tomatoes Diced or I use Romas
1/2 C. Red Onion Diced
1/2 C. Fresh Cilantro Chopped
2 Large Avocadoes (Diced but only add just before serving or omit)

Directions:
Directions:
In A Large Bowl, Whisk Together Red Wine Vinegar, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper.
Add Black Beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Red Onion and Cilantro Mix to Evenly Combine. Gently Fold in Avacado.
Chill in the Fridge for 1 Hour to allow Flavors to Combine.
Serve with Tortilla Chips
