(or 1peas & 1black beans, rinsed & drained)
1 jar Robert's Reserve Red Pepper & Onion Dip
(or 8oz jar Hatch Chile Jalapeno Jam)
1 container fresh PicoDeGallo
1 tbsp Adam's House Rub (TexJoy Stk Sng)
1 c cherry tomatoes, quartered
11 oz canned sweet corn, drained
diced red onion & green/yellow bell pepper to taste
fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
