2 lb ground beef
Can add another cup or 2 of other leftover meats or sausage if you have on hand
1/2 C bacon bits
2 Tbsp dehydrated minced onions (optional)
2 Tbsp favorite spice mixture (recipe below for what I use)
2 cups grated sharp cheddar

TOPPING:
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 C heavy whipping cream
1/2 C grated Parmesan
1 cup sharp cheddar


Here is the recipe for the spice mixture I refer to in the video.
It is a great mixture that I use for so many things.... on steak, chicken, pork, ground beef etc.
I mix this up and spoon it into an empty spice container

1/2 C dried Parsley
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/4 C Salt
1/4 C Dehydrated Onion bits
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Thyme
1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Celery Salt

Directions:

Brown the leftover meats and bacon bits in pan, set aside and then brown the ground beef
Add to the ground beef the dehydrated onion if using and add 2 Tbsp of the spice mixture
Add in the meat/bacon mixture
Add in 2 cups grated cheese
Combine and spread into baking dish
Now in large bowl combine the topping ingredients and pour over the meat mixture
Then sprinkle a bit of extra grated cheese on top
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
