1 large Head Lettuce
6-8 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped in large pieces
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tomatoes, Optional

Directions:
Tear the lettuce into bitesize pieces. Mix in the chopped eggs, enough mayo to coat and salt and pepper. Can also add tomatoes.

Mom and dad used to make this. It is super easy and delicious. Especially good served with a pork roast and potatoes.
